Chaff cutter is composed by power(motor, diesel, tractor), main shaft, gear box, conveyor, cutting plate. Material is transferred by rolling conveyor to cutting device, under the power driven, it will be cut into uniform length and threw out of machine under the high speed rotating cutter.
3. What’s the capacity of chaff cutter?
According to the size and number of moving cutters, we design and produce 0.4tph, 2.5tph, 4tph, 6tph, 9tph, 30tph models to satisfy different request from customer, as our test, the capacity means the material is under 70% moisture condition, fresh type.
4. Shall we change the power of chaff cutter freely?
No, because the chaff cutter’s speed is fix by precise calculation, it’s better you use one type power to start the machine, don’t change the power by yourself.
5. How long do we change the spare parts on chaff cutter?
Generally one set cutter can be used more than two years, please change the cutter sets once you find the cutting result is not good. You will change the cutter set completely in one time.
6. How do we add lubricant on chaff cutter?
It should be added lubricant on each moving parts of chaff cutter 1time/1shift
